My Dolphin Drawing

Helloo Diyhubbers!

I’d love to share a very special drawing with you all today. Yeah, all my drawings are special to me but this particular drawing is very very special. Can you guys guess why? Okay, I’ll help you all out.

In a week or two I’ll become a DOLPHIN Y’all!! A freaking dolphin and I am over the moon!!

If you are a newbie and you’re wondering what a dolphin is in this context. Being a Dolphin simply means you have 5k and above staked Hive power. You are no longer a Minnow but a Dolphin.

So yes, I am super excited that I made it this far. Ticking all the boxes and becoming the Hivean I have always wished to be feels surreal and no other way than to celebrate it via drawing.

I’ve had this drawing for a week now and I wanted to wait until when I become a dolphin to share it but it turns out I just couldn’t wait anymore😂😂

There you have it guys, my dolphin drawing, drawn with so much love and gratitude.

I used the below materials and followed the below steps to achieve this drawing.

Materials
Sketch pad
2H pencil
4B pencil
Eraser
Black pen

Procedure

Step 1:
I began by sketching the head of the dolphin, paying close attention to the size of its head.

Step 2:
I proceeded to draw the eye and the mouth of the dolphin.

Step 3:
With the head of the dolphin complete. I drew the flippers and the dorsal fin of the dolphin.

Step 4:
I completed the body of the dolphin and the tail.

Step 5:
I used my 4B pencil to give my drawing a darker outline.

Step 6:
I carefully shaded the necessary parts of the dolphin.

Step 7:
I used my black pen to add depth to my drawing and in no time I was done with everything.

So let’s just say this is my Pre-dolphin celebration🥳🥳
