El verano se acerca y con el llega a su fin el año escolar 2022 - 2023 del sistema educativo venezolano. A pesar de las altas irregularidades y atropellos al magisterio, se logró realizar la prosecución de los estudiantes a los grados siguientes y por otro lado, los estudiantes que cursan el último año de bachillerato alcanzó cumplir con la carga académica que los acredita como los nuevos bachilleres de la república. Solo hasta cuando reciban su título.

Dejando de lado todos los desafíos de este año escolar, se logro hacer que los jóvenes de la casa, los dueños del presente y del futuro pudiesen alcanzar los logros educativos que se plantearon desde el inicio del año escolar. Cada uno con sus expectativas, con sus sueños y metas planteadas y que definitivamente, ninguno de ellos es culpable de la realidad que enmarca nuestro contexto.

Summer is approaching and with it comes to an end the 2022 - 2023 school year of the Venezuelan educational system. In spite of the high irregularities and abuses against teachers, the continuation of students to the following grades was achieved and on the other hand, students in their last year of high school were able to comply with the academic load that accredits them as the new high school graduates of the republic. Only when they receive their degree.

Leaving aside all the challenges of this school year, the young people of the house, the owners of the present and the future, were able to reach the educational achievements that were set since the beginning of the school year. Each one with their expectations, with their dreams and goals set and that definitely, none of them is guilty of the reality that frames our context.

El acto es llamado "el último timbre", va dirigido a los graduandos que culminan la etapa secundaria para aspirar a cursos estudios universitarios. Sin embargo, todos los estudiantes, personal docente, obrero y administrativo se dio cita para estar presente en esta gran fiesta escolar.

The event is called "the last bell", and is aimed at graduates who complete their secondary education to aspire to university studies. However, all the students, teachers, workers and administrative staff gathered to be present at this great school celebration.

Son momentos realmente especiales en donde la formalidad del aula de clases se deja de lado, es posible compartir con los estudiantes de cerca. Estos instantes son para recordar que todos somos parte del mismo equipo y que en cada momento estamos dirigiéndonos hacia metas comunes. La formación académica, personal y humana que debe ser adquirida por las nuevas generaciones en pro de mejorar la sociedad y conservar la especie.

These are truly special moments where the formality of the classroom is set aside, where it is possible to share with the students up close. These moments are a reminder that we are all part of the same team and that at every moment we are moving towards common goals. The academic, personal and human formation that must be acquired by the new generations for the betterment of society and the conservation of the species.

Fue una buena mañana, busque compartir con todos y dejar registrado este gran momento en Hive para la posteridad. El trabajo no fue sencillo, puesto que a pesar del aire de fiesta y de la alegría de la ocasión, es complicado para algunos suprimir su personalidad retraída por lo que algunos no pudieron sentirse cómodos cien por ciento ante la cámara.

It was a good morning, I wanted to share with everyone and record this great moment in Hive for posterity. The work was not easy, since despite the festive atmosphere and the joy of the occasion, it is difficult for some to suppress their withdrawn personality, so some could not feel one hundred percent comfortable in front of the camera.

Cada quien debe cumplir su proceso y nosotros estamos aquí para orientarlos en esa transición hasta la edad adulta. El que es docente, lo es las 24 horas del día y los 365 días del año. A pesar de los contratiempos siempre la vocación te inclina hacia la enseñanza, hacia el apostar de sacar los mejor de las personas. Quizás la mayoría de las veces la recompensa es el honor, pero cuando se acompaña con una sonrisa y el bonito recuerdo, es posible que en el futuro cercano puedas conseguirte a algunos de estos chicos por las calles del mundo y recibir un saludo, cortés y de agradecimiento. Eso indudablemente, no tiene precio.

Each person must complete their own process and we are here to guide them through this transition to adulthood. Whoever is a teacher is a teacher 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In spite of the setbacks, vocation always inclines you towards teaching, towards trying to get the best out of people. Perhaps most of the time the reward is the honor, but when it is accompanied by a smile and the beautiful memory, it is possible that in the near future you can get some of these kids on the streets of the world and receive a greeting, polite and grateful. That is undoubtedly priceless.

Esta es nuestra segunda casa, llena de procesos, de malas repuestas, de muchas horas de trabajo, de planificación, ejecución, evaluación, aciertos, sonrisas, abrazos y no importa que haya ocurrido en ese lapso escolar, siempre el saldo es positivo.

This is our second home, full of processes, of bad answers, of many hours of work, of planning, execution, evaluation, successes, smiles, hugs, and no matter what has happened in that school period, the balance is always positive.

Pues aquí queda este registro, espero que en un futuro no muy lejano pueda se visto por los próximos hivers que llegaran a sumarse al ecosistema. Solo queda agradecer a la comunidad educativa, especialmente a los protagonistas de todas estas experiencias de enseñanzas, los estudiantes. Gracias a todos por ser especiales cada uno a su manera.
