Today I want to talk about one of the most interesting desserts that I have known because it is something that I have not seen anywhere else and for this reason it attracts a lot of attention.

I was able to try this one in Villa de Leyva and it is the “Pizza Ice Cream” which for culinary coherence is something incomprehensible because it would be mixing something sweet with something salty and with totally different flavors.

In this case I could see that it was a combination of a vanilla ice cream with a softer flavor with pieces of sweet fruit and jam, which made the color of the ingredients of the pizza.

It was certainly a sweet ice cream, so we can rest from the idea of tasting a salty ice cream, but it did have certain flavors that made it different.

The ice cream man told us that it is the ice cream flavor that sells the most at his place, and I understood the reason when I saw the list of flavors and preferred to try the one that was different from the rest.

Buenas tardes Hivers, espero que estén teniendo un excelente día.

Hoy les quiero hablar sobre uno de los postres más interesantes que he conocido dado que es algo que no he visto en ningún otro lugar y por esta razón llama mucho la atención.

Este podré lo pude probar en Villa de Leyva y es el "Helado de Pizza" que por coherencia culinaria es algo incomprensible porque se estaría mezclando algo dulce con algo salado y con sabores totalmente diferentes.

En este caso pude ver qué era una combinación entre un helado de vainilla con un sabor más suave con trozos de fruta dulce y mermelada, que hacían el color de los ingredientes de la pizza.

Ciertamente era un helado dulce, por lo que podemos descansar de la idea de probar un helado salado, pero si tenía ciertos sabores que lo hacían diferente.

El heladero nos dijo que es el sabor de helado que más se vende en su local, y yo entendí la razón cuando vi la lista de sabores y preferí probar aquel que se diferenciaba del resto.
