Today I want to talk to you about one of the greatest memories that I will take with me from my visit to Villa de Leyva and that is the reason why I recommend others to visit it, which is the gastronomy.

This has been the place in Colombia where I have eaten the best dishes, whether Colombian or foreign with Colombian seasoning, as would be the rib broth or pizza.

Sincerely the price-benefit comparison that we can get in most of the dishes that I could taste leave me as a consumer very benefited, by the quality ingredients and the knowledge of those people who prepare them.

Among the dishes that I remember with love I have the “milhojas de arándanos” dessert, the amaranth pizza and the case of ribs from the market square, all for very cheap prices compared to the most similar dishes in Bogota and that we can usually get in places of high purchasing power.

Villa de Leyva sincerely is a place for gastronomic tourism that suits many types of pockets, tastes and palates.

Buenas tardes Hivers, espero que estén teniendo un excelente día.

Hoy les quiero hablar de uno de los más grandes recuerdos que me llevaré de mi visita a Villa de Leyva y que es la razón por la que yo recomiendo a otros ir a visitarlo, que es la gastronomía.

Este ha sido el lugar en Colombia donde he comido los mejores platos, ya sean colombianos o extranjeros con sazón colombiana, como lo sería el caldo de costilla o la pizza.

Sinceramente la comparación precio-beneficio que podemos conseguir en la mayoría de los platos que pude degustar me dejan como un consumidor muy beneficiados, por los ingredientes de calidad y por el conocimiento de aquellas personas que los preparan.

Dentro de los platos que más recuerdo con amor tengo el postre de "milhojas de arándanos", la pizza de amaranto y el caso de costilla de la plaza de mercado, todos por precios muy baratos en comparación con los platos más parecidos en Bogotá y que usualmente podemos conseguir en lugares de alto poder adquisitivo.

Villa de Leyva sinceramente es un lugar para hacer turismo gastronómico que se adapte a muchos tipos de bolsillos, gustos y paladares.
