Today I want to talk about one of the attractions that we can get in Villa de Leyva and that we took the opportunity to do in our visit to this beautiful Colombian town, which is the ATV ride.

I already have experience driving this kind of motorcycles because in Venezuela my family had one and I took advantage of using it very frequently in my adolescence.

I had 1 decade until I returned to live this experience that I highly recommend, because although it is not so “extreme” if it has its charm, especially when we are a couple wanting to live this experience.

In this case we went thanks to a tour company that we got in town and offered this service for a cost of 80,000 COP (20 hbd) per ride that would take about an hour.

The place of the ride is a private land that has been adapted to provide this service, with a place at the top of a mountain where we can take many pictures and have a view of the town.

These ATVs were controlled so that they do not have the ability to have a high speed, which is good for those who do not have experience driving this type of motorcycles and even more in a very uneven terrain that could be dangerous.

Sincerely one of the experiences that I really recommend to live at some point.

Buenas tardes Hivers, espero que estén teniendo un excelente día.

Hoy les quiero hablar de una de las atracciones que podemos conseguir en Villa de Leyva y que aprovechamos de hacer en nuestra visita a este hermoso pueblo colombiano, que es el paseo en cuatrimotos.

Yo ya tengo experiencia manejando este tipo de motos porque en Venezuela mi familia tenía una y yo aprovechaba de usarla muy frecuentemente en mi adolescencia.

Tenía 1 década hasta que volví a vivir esta experiencia que recomiendo mucho, ya que aunque no es tan "extrema" si tiene su encanto, principalmente cuando somos una pareja queriendo vivir esta experiencia.

Para este caso fuimos gracias a una empresa de turismo que conseguimos en el pueblo y que ofrecía este servicio por un costo de 80.000 COP (20 hbd) por trayecto que tardaría una hora aproximadamente.

El lugar del paseo es un terreno privado que ha sido adaptado para brindar este servicio, contando con un lugar en el pico de una montaña donde podemos tomar muchas fotos y tener una vista del pueblo.

Estás cuatrimotos fueron controladas para que no tengan la capacidad de tener una gran velocidad, lo cual es bueno para quienes no tienen experiencia manejando este tipo de motos y más aún en un terreno muy irregular que podría ser peligroso.

Sinceramente una de las experiencia que realmente recomiendo vivir en algún momento.
