This art was being found at The REXKL which was previously was a cinema named The REXK CINEMA .

The boy was look like checking the people who walking down below at the stairs.

While there were many stickers placed by people below at his feet, those stickers interestingly caught my attention and reminded me of some kind of gang competition, which I don’t quite remember, where whoever could put the highest sticker on the wall would gain power around the area.
