NEW YEAR NEW POWER UP GOALS!!!

It's the first hive power up for the year so participating in it is a must even though I'm powering up something small. In one of my recent posts, I mentioned my goals for the year and one of my goals for this year is increasing my hive power. The reason I want to increase my hive power are so numerous and part of those reasons include the following...

Having a lot of hive staked, challenges more people to also want to grow their hive power and that would make the hive coin more valuable. Now I have over 900 followers and I know that almost half of those who follow me check my activities on the chain and somehow it affects how they see the blockchain too so growing my hive stake will challenge more people to do the same.

More hive power means more curation rewards. The more I grow my hive power, the more I get more curation rewards and the more my stake keeps growing. If I'm lucky, the more hive power I have might also attract more people to support my contents but this is under probability.

Also, having more hive staked gives me more say when I vote for proposals and projects. I'm not completely sure how it works but I do know that having more hive power gives me more power in voting for proposals but whether big or small, they all matter. And outside all of that, I get more resource credit when I have more hive power and that gives me the opportunity to do so much on hive without any limitations.

There are many other benefits to staking hive so I want to get all of those benefits but most especially I want to keep showing my support to the hive blockchain so I'd keep powering with every opportunity I get.

𝙷𝚒𝚟𝚎 𝚙𝚘𝚠𝚎𝚛𝚎𝚍 𝚞𝚙

I had 4200 hive power entering into the new year so I'm hoping to have more than times two of it so I plan to power up everyday of the year to achieve that goal and I'd do so by powering up at least one of my post daily and for some days when I miss powering up my post, I'd do a manual powering up of liquid hive.

So for my first power up, I powered up 50 hive to start with and I hope it gets better every month. I know the major thing I can do now is to be consistent and persistent with my contents and engagements. I'm very sure by doing so things will work out better for me especially with the upcoming bull run.

So hope you are growing your hive stake? If you are not then you are wrong, hehe, except for some very few special cases. I know that we all are facing different situations at different times so there are definitely exceptions but if you are here to just take from the blockchain and never give, too bad because you are definitely on the losing end.

We all need to participate in growing the hive blockchain as long as we have an account we call ours' because it's not a Job for just few persons but for everyone. So stop thinking about it already and start planning for the next power up or if you can you can just do that now.
