The day calls for going out in search of fresh air, catching your breath, finding something that makes you smile, and forgetting everything.

Blue sky, white clouds...

I take refuge in a coffee shop for a simple espresso, and the simple becomes unreal, or perhaps not, it simply becomes different, like an expression of another reality right there in front of us, always present, yet we only fail to see it because we don't dwell on its details.

A cup of coffee, seen in its reflection, now reveals another story of curves, railings, and a sky hoping for an embrace on the wood of the trees, as if life weren't just inanimate or cold elements, but also entities capable of bestowing the sublime without ulterior motives, without double reflections or false images...

What could be a simple ashtray becomes a caress of subtlety between lines synchronous with the wood.

This makes us think of the vessels of our aboriginal ancestors, now filled with sugar, the same sugar that we used to export and now have to import; it even seems to me like some living being resting, waiting for something to happen.

A girl behind the coffee, the coffee in her cup, the cup in the reflection of something different and again the ashtray, now with a new reality on the glass that becomes witness to the stillness in the sobriety of its curves, curves that remind us of columns from some story, as if it were woven by the Minotaur, by Ariadne, by Penelope, or life itself, simply life in its realities.

El día precisa uno salga en busca de aire, recuperar el aliento, encontrar algo que nos haga sonreír y no pensar en nada.

El cielo azul, nubes blancas...

Me cobijo en una cafetería a tomar un simple café expreso y lo simple se torna irreal, o no, simplemente se torna diferente, como expresión de otra realidad ahí, frente a nosotros, que siempre está presente y solo sucede no la vemos por no detenernos en sus detalles.

Una taza de café vista en su reflejo que ahora muestra otra historia de curvas, rejas y un cielo en la esperanza del abrazo sobre la madera de los árboles, como si la vida no fuera solo elementos inanimados o fríos, sino también entidades capaces de regalar lo sublime sin dobles intenciones, sin dobles reflejos o imágenes falsas...

Lo que pudiera ser un simple cenicero, se convierte en la caricia de lo sutil entre líneas sincrónicas con la madera.

Lo que nos lleva a pensar en las vasijas de nuestros aborígenes, ahora llena de azúcar, la misma azúcar que antes exportábamos y ahora tenemos que importar, se me antoja incluso algún ser vivo que descansa a la espera de algo por suceder.

Una muchacha detrás del café, el café en su taza, la taza en el reflejo de algo diferente y otra vez el cenicero, ahora con una nueva realidad sobre el cristal que deviene testigo de la quietud en la sobriedad de sus curvas, curvas que nos recuerdan columnas de alguna historia, como si estuviese tejida por el minotauro, por Ariadna, por Penélope, o la vida en sí, sencillamente la vida en sus realidades.
