Life Blog: Goodbye Slides, Hello Study Tables 🌞

Have you ever packed up a dream... just to unpack another one?

Well, today marks the official goodbye to our beloved indoor kids’ playground...

Yes, the same one where we’ve had more screaming toddlers than we could count. It’s weird how quiet the space feels now… kind of like when the Wi-Fi goes out and everyone just stares at each other awkwardly.

But!!!

This isn’t a sad post... Nope...

This is a plot twist 🎬

Because while we were closing one chapter, my sister was already writing the next. She’s starting a tutorial business, and guess who got volunteered to be her unpaid assistant? Yup, yours truly. (I swear I just came to check on the paint but ended up doing everything 🤣)

Things I Did Today (That Should Earn Me a Trophy):

*Installed an aircon (okay, watched someone install it, but emotional support counts) 😁
*Set up appliances (after finding out they were heavier than expected).
*Unboxed a bunch of stuff (and somehow repacked the same stuff because we’re still missing chairs).

*and had a spiritual moment with a tree. 🌳

Speaking of trees,, the new place has the nicest view at the back. There’s this tall, old tree that looks like it holds the secrets of the universe. Or at least enough shade to keep us cool while the aircon’s still MIA 😁. Honestly, with the breeze coming in? Feels like nature’s air conditioning. 💨 (Bonus: no electricity bill.)

The best part? Despite all the chaos, there’s still a tiny corner of our old playground business that’s alive,, our inflatable slides are still being rented out like celebrities on tour.. So, technically, we’re still in business, right? 😅

Endings are weird. They’re sad, sure. But they’re also full of promises.

Today, we said goodbye to colorful playmats and plastic slides…
Tomorrow, we say hello to pencils, learning goals, and tiny chairs that will probably still hurt our backs.

But it’s all part of the journey — messy, beautiful, sweaty, chaotic, and just how we like it. 💛

So if you’re out there, also closing a chapter, just know:

There’s something amazing waiting in the next one.

Also... never volunteer to help move furniture unless snacks are promised 😆
