Sunday Walk with my Son

This Sunday, I took my son to the town park in the morning. The weather was bright and beautiful, making it the perfect time to spend outdoors. Another reason for our visit was to get both my son and me away from our phones.

We walked along the trekking path that circles the main building. The building is an art center, but many refer to it as the park. Some even call it the Twin Tower. Honestly, I've forgotten why it’s called that. Anyway, as I mentioned in a previous post, this place has become the hub for locals doing weekly exercises like walking or jogging. Since it was Sunday, there were also a lot of vendors selling snacks, drinks, and breakfast foods along the road near the trekking path.

Unlike many others, we didn’t stop for food. My son wasn’t interested either. We just kept walking and tried out different fitness tools like the static bike and static walker.

Near the entrance not far from serpent statues, there was a water fountain that shot streams of water into the air in sync with the music. We enjoyed that little show for a few minutes. There were also some families with young children who seemed to love watching the fountain.

When the show finished, so was our walk. To be honest, I don’t exercise as regularly as I should, so I felt tired pretty quickly.

This was also the first time I used Actifit since reinstalling it on my new phone. I had stopped using it on my old phone, but now I’m excited to start using it again.
