A SURVIVOR

It’s already weekend and I’m happy about it for several reasons. It’s a time when I can engage in some activities that are not school related except for my person time if I want to. Most times my weekends are occupied because there is always a lot to do that I waited until weekend to accomplish. As a student, it has always been an opportunity to hear that a class was postponed due to some reasons. As it gives us time to do other things. Personally, I most times lazy off with this time that is given to me.

It’s already 6 weeks since we resumed this semester and it’s only 7 more weeks before exams. I have a seminar topic I’m working on and the more I read about it, the more I find it interesting and I’m hoping that I will be able to complete it as soon as I can so I can start working on my presentation slides. It’s going to be my first time and I’m a bit nervous but then I know that everything will be just fine if I can just be well prepared by understanding my topic very well.

These days, I’m feeling at ease with myself but then, I still try to push myself a little hard to get things done. I’m trying to find that reason to stay more focused and determined academically again because I really just need to do well. For now, my main aim is to understand the physiology behind the human body and soon, I’ll start working on how to put down that knowledge I have attained from the physiology of the human body.

Even as School is beginning to drain me out, I try to rest my body as much as I can because I know how much important it is to my body too. I also try to eat healthy and not fill myself with junks that will only add to my problem. These days one thing I’m lacking is vitamins in my meals in the quantity that is needed daily and even though I know it will be hard to start, I’m going to try anyways.

I know I sometimes struggle to excel academically but I have come to understand my body and that has helped me do better. I might not be part of the most brilliant students but I’m glad that I can at least understand some things very well and even relate them with real life situations. Well, that’s physiology for us. It is something that we see all around us because every one of us has a body and we are surrounded by different people with different bodies that functions differently too.

Well, it’s another weekend and my plan is to rest with every opportunity I get and also carry out my usual weekend activities. What about you, do you have plans for this weekend? Feel free to share with me if you don’t mind in the comments so we can discuss.

Well I had plan for party oo. My two sons birthday party 🎉🥳. But rain didn't let me celebrate it with them. That was my plan. Thanks for asking.

It is okay not to engage in comparisons as they might be a serious set up for failure.

For me, my weekend was just rest , rest and rest, I had a very busy schedule withing this past week .

This new week also is so tight, work, work , work,

So, I need to amass rest to prepare for the task ahead.
