Beauty From Ashes

Happy Sunday lovely people and family! Trust your weekend was amazing.

So as we all know that as a Christian, Sunday is a Sabbath day to be in the presence of God and as a believer that knows that it is a commandment from God to keep it holy, would ensure to obey this commandment.
The most amazing part is that today is the first Sunday of the last month in the year 2025 so it was a service filled with dancing and shouts for joy.

The most amazing part of my service today was about the sermon of which the literal style used was a very catchy one that got my full attention to know where the sermon is leading to and what the preacher actually meant by those choice of words when the topic of the sermon was displayed on the projector to be BEAUTY FROM ASHES.

At first I was confused about how there could be beauty from ashes which denotes a just recent destruction of something. How could there be Beauty from Ashes? So I waited patiently and attentively to understand where the preacher is coming from and where he's heading to.

He furthered on the details of the topic explaining what ashes is and the beauty and how beauty can still end up coming from ashes.

Physically, Ashes are a sign of a recent happening that is not good. For instance a building or clothes got burnt and turned to ashes. Ashes represents our bad times and situations of life, it represents the time of bereavement, failure, receiving a job application feedback email that the first paragraph applauds your qualification and how good you are but the last paragraph starts with unfortunately, the times of heartbreaks and betrayals etc.

However, immediately God steps into these bad situations, he exchanges the sight of destruction and no hope in such situation with beauty. Beauty that makes people wanna ask how you ended up rising when you were meant to fall or stay put at the spot for years. BEAUTY FROM ASHES

Upliftment from the spot of casting down, love from the spot of betrayals, joy from the spots of sorrows and comfort from the spots of pain. He will always be ready for an exchange as long as he is there to intervene.

So here is how my day went today to admonish you all and I'll be dropping my 🖊️ here.
