Always Grateful.

You see, Life can be so funny sometimes, In one minute you are trying to figure out what next to do, and the next minute you are already buried in thoughts asking yourself, “Why is life so hard like this?” But in all of this, one thing I am learning is how important it is to sit back and just count my blessings , even the smallest ones. Because truly, there is always something to be grateful for.

And you know sometimes, we just focus so much on what we do not have or what is not working out that we completely forget the things that are already going well,So today, I just want to take a moment and share with you three things that I am genuinely grateful for.

Let me start with my life - This one is the number one for me because waking up every day is a miracle on its own, i don’t even say that just to sound deep or spiritual, I mean it, Life is hard, yes, but at least I am alive and still breathin, as long as I have life, I know there is hope for better days, It may not be perfect now, but I believe it won’t always be like this. Even with the small ups and big downs, I’m still here, still pushing through , and for that, I am so grateful.

The second thing I am very grateful for is my kids, those two little humans are my heartbeat, no matter what I go through in life , when I see them, I just feel this kind of joy that I can not explain, they are the reason I just keep trying, and the reason I get up and just hustle, even when everything feels very heavy , And somehow, even though things have not been easy at all, I have been able to provide for them , not because I have plenty money, but by the grace of God,that alone is a big testimony for me.

You know, there are days when I don’t even know how things will go, yet by the end of that same day, I have managed to feed them, take care of them, and still find small joy in their laughter. That’s nothing but God’s grace, and I do not take it for granted at all.

The third thing I am most grateful for is my parents, especially my mom.

If you know me well, you’ll know I don’t joke with my mom. She has been my biggest support system. Her care, her love, her prayers , I don’t even know how to explain how much she means to me. There are times when everything is just going left, and she’s the one that will speak calm into the whole chaos, She’s always there to help with the kids, to listen when I need to talk, and even when she doesn’t say much, her presence alone gives me comfort.

Sometimes I just pray silently, “God please keep my mom for me. Bless her the way she has been a blessing to me.”

So yeah, those are the three things I’m most grateful for right now, my life, my kids, and my mom, i know things are not perfect, but when I think about these three, I realize that I actually have a lot to smile about.

Gratitude does not mean, you do not wish for more,it just means you acknowledge what you already have while still hoping for better, And for me, these three things are enough reason to keep going.
