Hello, beautiful people! Welcome to my blog. It's a pleasure to have you in this space. Once again, welcome 🤗
Living a debt-free life is one of the most beautiful things that can happen to anyone. A debt-free life is a state of peace of mind, independence, and freedom from all the weight and burdens that come with owing someone.
There's nothing as sweet and joyous as knowing that every penny you worked for is all yours.
I have witnessed the struggles of someone who is always in debt; this person happens to be a former colleague of mine; he was always borrowing money from coworkers in the office despite his high salary, including those whom his salary was way higher than theirs.
At first we thought it was because he was planning for his wedding; so many thought he needed that much money for the wedding preparation, which was why he was constantly borrowing money, but I recently found out from a former colleague who is still working in the same place as him that he has not stopped, that he is getting worse as he keeps borrowing money from everyone, including the drivers. And when asked to pay, he would borrow from Jack to pay John, and the vicious cycle continues.
Though I do not know what exactly is this guy's problem or what he is going through that is constantly making him to borrow and keeping him in a vicious debt cycle.
However, I do know that there are a few things we can do on our part to help manage our finances and keep us out of debt.
Have a budget: Prioritizing needs over wants should be something we practice. With the way the economy is now, one needs to only spend on things that are important, so allocating funds accordingly should be a priority.
Track your finances: We live in a digital age, and there are a lot of financial tracker apps that can help track both your expenses and income. This will also help you manage your finances well.
Savings: No matter how little it may be, it is good to have an emergency savings somewhere, just in case a need arises, which we all know must surely arise one day.
Staying disciplined, committed, and patient with your financial goals is paramount in this journey.
But just in case you are already in debt, you need to find a way to pay off your debt, even if it is going to take you doing a legal side hustle, and you can also seek the help and counsel of a professional financial advisor who can help you manage your finances.
There are a lot of benefits that come with living debt-free, and also remember that it's possible to achieve this if you really make up your mind.

THANK YOU FOR READING TO THE END 🤗
Yeah it’s very important to track our finances. We’re in the digital age now and I believe there are a lot of financial tracking apps that could be used as you said. But wait, can you recommend any?
I can't really remember the exact name of the app I used before but here's a good recommendation:
*Wallet: Budget expense tracker,
*Money Manager expense & budget
While for savings I use cowrywise.
You can also check online for other recommendations
Alright, thank you
