Christmas is a season of joy , celebration and merriment. People travel a lot in this season and even the village is always crowded because people will be coming in from the city. But in as much as it is a season of joy, one must be very careful and watchful this season in order not to end up crying or regretting while others are celebrating. Parents in the other hand must be watchful and guide their children well.

Safety is everyone's business both young and old. So everyone must be watchful in all ramifications. It's not everyone around you that has good intentions. Just like the bible describe a thief, some people are coming with the intention to steal , kill and destroy. Therefore, being careful and watchful will go along way to help out.

I remember 2023 Christmas, on my way to church that 31st night, I saw a lady crying and carrying his little boy stained with blood, they were heading to the hospital that night. When I sought to know what the problem was, I was told that the boy join his friends in shooting knockout (Banga), and unknowingly to him, he kept on holding the banga while the thing was still exploding. And the banga explode, and destroyed two of his fingers. The mother was called out from the church , that was how the innocent woman ended up crying and spending that night while others were celebrating.

So one must be very careful this season, which is why this write up will list some tricks and hacks for staying safe this festive season. Listed below are some of the safety tips for this season.
