To start with, when talking about balancing passion and money in building a fulfilling and sustainable career, the first thing one should consider is importance of choice in shaping life's satisfaction. One needs to compromise with purpose, choosing a career that aligns somewhat with interest, i.e going for a related (but not dream) job that offers transferable skills or skills that will be of tremendous help in subsequent time.
Balancing financial stability with personal passion implies crafting a career that brings about financial security that ensures reliable income, savings and a wage against financial stress without leaving aside inner drive which has to do with activities or work that is substantial, energising and is aligned with your core values. Achieving a fulfilling and sustainable career more often than not requires reflective incorperation of both money and passion rather than choosing one over the other.
Reality check has it that passion alone rarely is enough to sustain career. This infers that passion without money strives and struggles but when money which acts as an enabler comes in, it reduces struggle to it's barest minimum paving way for tremendous incredible results and also buying one the freedom to pursue passion deeply without the constant pressure of economic insecurity.
Now how do we strike this balance?
First, being financially independent which has to do with securing financial stability first then transition to passion-driven work. Many successful entrepreneurs initially worked in cooperate jobs to save capital before launching their passion-driven business.
Second, monitize passion: this involves turning passion into profitable career with smart planning. Example, a hobbyist baker starting a home-based pastry business.
Third, intercross approach: one could pursue passion as a side hustle while maintaining stable job. Example a banker who paints on weekends.
At some point, maintaining balancing could become overwhelming. Here are some coping strategies: dedicate fixed hour to passion project to prevent neglect, merge passion with marketable skills, join groups to share struggles and solutions and many more others.
Finally, a truely rewarding career is one which passion inspires the work and money sustains the journey. You would agree with me that the most fulfilled people are not those who chase only passion or only money. They are the ones who calculatedly weave both. So one needs to assess his priorities, take purposeful step and craft a career that satisfies both the heart and wallet.

You really nailed the reality that passion without financial stability can be draining, but when both are balanced, its magic. I especially liked the practical tips - side hustle, monetizing hobbies, and merging skills with passion.
True...
Both need to be balance if not it will be draining
I like how you concluded and that’s true. No lies there. Most successful people just found ways to bring their passion and the financial aspect together to get to where they are now.
