Embracing Workplace tolerance | For Unity and Productivity

Whenever I wake up in the morning, tolerance at my work place is one of the thing that always make me feel happy about going to work. As a workman, knowing fully well how healthy my working environment is, can make me feel happy, can make me to enjoy doing my work, and helps us to do a better job at work.

However, the only workplace that I have been able to work is a woodwork field. In this field, have gotten a lot of chances to work with different kind of people, with different beliefs, perspectives, age difference and experiences. While working with these individuals of people with different background, they mostly comes up with different kind of ideas, view and opinion about the success of the work.

This is where tolerance step in and play a lot of vitals roles in keeping the environment a peaceful one. In other, to avoid some certain delay, fight or other things that may affect the works. Tolerance allows us to voice out our opinion respectful, disagree respectful and tolerate each other respectfully without hurting each other.

Nowadays, one of the major reason why some employee's stopped working without notifying their boss or got sacked by their boss is because they lack the ability to survive in an environment where people with different background are, without them holding grudges or creating scene.

Tolerance at the workplace, which includes good communication and relationship skills, play a lot of vitals roles in making the working environment a conducive and healthy one for everyone. It helps every individual or team to achieved their goal, succeed as a team and improved in their professional trajectory. Tolerance is all about being patient, respecting others, and accepting other people's opinion and ideas.

A workplace without tolerance can lead to a lot of issues, such as, fights within the workers, serious health issues, stressful work rates and low productivity. Tolerance at the workplace bring about good atmosphere where employees can work as team, and appreciate each other's idea, feelings, attitudes, beliefs, views and opinions. Tolerance at the workplace, allows us to keep an open mind when dealing with other people, including customers and it can also make us to treat people the way we wanted them to treat us.

However, in our various workplace we must learn to tolerate each other. Tolerance promotes harmony, protection, understanding, and respect. In a workplace, when there’s tolerance among each other, if any employee makes a mistake, instead of he or she to be crucified for it, his fellow employees will cover for it.

In conclusion, tolerance helps us to flourish or improved as an individual or team.
