I was going to talk about wrong people in high places but I figured why not talk about right people in higher places rather. You know? Give the good people the credit they deserve.
Today, I heard people talking about a car museum in Ghana, first of its kind. I was very curious why the government would spend money to construct and open a car museum when there are people dying in the country from not being able to pay hospital bills. I mean no disrespect to car lovers(myself included) but let’s be real here.
I later found out it wasn’t opened by the government, it was done by one of the richest men in Ghana. I had a lot of things to say about it but I kept quiet because it wasn’t my money and if we’re being honest, everyone can do whatever they want with their money.
On the day of opening the museum, a lot of prominent people were present. And in one of the videos, I saw another rich man and philanthropist telling the owner of the car museum that when he grows up, he wants to be like him. That actually made me laugh because it felt like he was mocking the man. Why do I say that? Because he’s way richer than him and can probably do times three of that but you know what he does with his money? Wait for it.
This particular man I’m about to talk about is also one of the richest men in Ghana. I won’t be surprised if he’s even the richest but he’s very lowkey. You’ll never hear of his name in the news or in the blogs until he’s doing something good. Yes, you heard me. Something good. Remember I said up there that he’s a philanthropist? Yes, he chooses to pay for people’s surgeries. He chooses to help people to solve life and death matters that has money to be the solution.
Some days ago, I heard an old lady saying that the way the man is so generous, she definitely would stand with him and defend him even if he actually goes to do something bad. Can you blame her? You really can’t. And honestly, as I said above, I haven’t really heard anything bad about him.
And you know the interesting thing? He’s not even into politics. I don’t know if he’s ever been into politics but I’ve never heard him involved in politics. If you ask me, these are the kind of people that should be leaders. Even as he’s not a leader, look at the kind of things he’s doing for people around him and even strangers. And don’t forget he’s doing all these with his own money. (Imagine he actually has extra resources to help more people)
Hopefully, we get more people like him with that kind of compassion for humanity in higher places. Just imagine about 10 people like him as our leaders, what needs to be done will definitely be done. Because with what I’ve come to know, a leader will only do what he’s supposed to do for his people when he has true compassion for his people.

The world would be a better place if the good people in higher places do good as the man you speak of
That’s so true.
There are investments... But I don't think there is an investment better than investment in the lives of people. You are not just creating doors for yourself, but you are establishing a generational channel of blessing. I loved this article.
Yeah that’s true.
Thank you.
