There’s this thing I heard the other time, and it’s associated with why we enter a room and forget why we entered in the first place. I heard somewhere that if that thing happens, it means you probably saw an alien right after entering the room, and that’s why you’ve forgotten why you went there in the first place.
So it’s more like the alien wiped your memory from the time you stepped foot right into the room. And I’ve been very curious about this. If this is really true, I would want to see that alien for myself. I know what you are thinking. I mean, we’ve only heard stories that aliens are scary, but what if they are not? And why do they even have the power to wipe away our memories? Who gave them that power over us? These are things I really would want to know.
I also never understood the whole reason why we procrastinate. No matter who you are or how hard-working you are, you definitely have procrastinated before. But why? If we know that we still have to do that thing and nobody is going to do it for us, why do we just not do it? Is there a theory behind why our brains keep pushing things away even when we are supposed to do them?

Someone actually said this a while ago: sometimes, procrastination is a savior. A savior in the sense that when you feel like not doing something and so you keep postponing, it could be that at that time, when you do it, you could be in trouble or you could harm yourself. Let me give this example: you have to wash bowls but you keep procrastinating. It could be that maybe in that moment, you really need to do something else than wash the bowl, or else the bowl could fall, break, and hurt you. I don’t know how true this is and would definitely like to find out.
The last thing I would want to know is how people grow up to become psychopaths. I really don’t understand this at all. I watched a movie where the man was so nice to everyone, but in his closet, he had human parts. He was on a whole kidnapping and killing spree. And it made me wonder because he had a near-perfect childhood. He was always provided for. He didn’t struggle to get anything, and he also received so much love from his family.
So with such a person, why would he grow up to become a psychopath? Why? What’s the theory behind it? Or what’s the theory behind people getting pleasure from doing all sorts of inhumane things to others? I believe most of these things can be explained, or maybe not. But if you have any answers, don’t hesitate to share.

I’d like to believe we procrastinate because we feel we have enough time when we actually don’t.
Oh that makes a lot of sense.
