With this new account (@hive.welcome) on Hive, I want to contribute to the growth of this community. My approach is to reward both long-time members and newcomers. Here's how I will proceed to reward and support different accounts:

REWARD STRATEGY FOR NEWCOMERS
For selected new accounts, I will offer second-layer tokens as well as TIPS Tokens if they use one of the following specific introduction tags.

As for existing accounts, I will distribute TIPS Tokens and second-layer tokens to posts that pique my interest and are associated with tags in my TOP 9 TOKENS. This approach aims to promote the quality and relevance of content within Hive.

• My TOP 9 TOKENS is determined by examining stakable tokens that generate the most profit for my account. This approach allows me to concentrate my rewards on the most performing tokens.

• Additionally, I want to emphasize my commitment to the Hive community by sharing 5% of my publication earnings through the @reward.app system.

Finally, I ensure an equitable distribution of my gains with all delegates who choose to delegate their Hives and second-layer tokens to the @hive.welcome account.

My ultimate goal is to foster the growth and prosperity of the Hive community by supporting newcomers and rewarding quality and engagement within this ecosystem.
