Medicinal plants are essential in a garden and have many advantages for both us and our vegetables. In addition, they are very easy to grow and very resistant to both diseases and pests.

My garlic is growing well this year in the garden, despite the very rainy end of winter and early spring. Even so, I've worked hard to air it out so it doesn't catch any fungus. For now, I'm succeeding; now I need the sun to be my ally and stop the rain.

I love garlic, not only because it's an essential part of my traditional Mediterranean diet, but also because it has so many properties. Garlic is truly a superfood.
I think I've already written another article about garlic or wild garlic and their medicinal properties, but it never hurts to review good information.
Garlic has multiple benefits, such as strengthening the immune system. But it also acts in a similar way to the digestive system. It's heart-healthy and improves our cholesterol levels. And one thing most people don't know is that it's incredibly helpful for our eyes, improving our vision.
