Showing the Arcade Colony Platform

In this post, I'll explain the Arcade Colony gaming platform, and I have no doubt you'll want to check it out because it offers both profitable and fun games.

Remember, this isn't an investment tip, so before investing in any of the games I'll mention, do your research first.

This is the Arcade Colony home screen, and there are currently four games on it:

• Splinterlands
• Moon Karts
• Stakehouse Den
• Genesis League Goals

Of these four games, Splinterlands is the best known and also the one I'm currently playing the most. I'll talk a little about each of these games, but first, I'll explain what Arcade Colony is and how to create an account on the platform.

Arcade Colony

Arcade Colony is a web-based platform where mainstream games can deploy Web3 features. Newly created games, as well as previously released games, can now add tokens, digital collectibles, trading, renting, earning, and governance to their games. Thus, Arcade Colony hosts a series of published games similar to the Epic Gamestore, Apple App Store, Google Playstore, or Steam, but unlike web2 publishers, Arcade Colony augments new and existing games into Web3 games.

This brief summary about Arcade Colony can be found in its Whitepapper. I recommend reading it in full to better understand how the platform works.

Creating your account on the Arcade Colony platform is simple: just click Sign In on the Arcade Colony home screen, and you'll be directed to the Log In and Register option.

If you don't have an Arcade Colony account, click Register, and you'll have several options for creating your account.

The screen is very intuitive, but I will explain how you can create your account on the platform.

Option 1: You can create your account using a valid email address, username, and password.
Option 2: You can create your account using Keychain. For this option, you only need a valid email address and your Hive username.
Option 3: You can create your account using the Wombat wallet.
Option 4: You can create your account using the Metamask wallet.
Option 5: You can create your account using the Coinbase wallet.
Option 6: You can create your account using the Venly wallet.

After creating your Arcade Colony account, you will be able to access the games Moon Karts, Stakehouse Den, and Genesis League Goals.

If I explain the platform's four games in detail, this post would be very long, so I'll just give a brief summary of each game and provide the links to their Whitepaper and Discord accounts.

Splinterlands

Splinterlands is a unique digital trading card game that allows players to truly own their cards and other in-game assets. Thanks to web 3.0 technology powered by the Hive blockchain, each card in Splinterlands is a non-fungible token (NFT) owned by a player. That means players can do anything they want with their cards, including battling for rewards, holding them as collectibles, trading on the peer-to-peer market, combining to level up, or even burning to obtain Dark Energy Crystals (DEC) or Glint.

Moon Karts

Stakehouse Den

Stakehouse Den is a Web3 Social Casino published by Invennium Corp and living on the Arcade Colony platform.

Social Casinos are games where players play games of chance where no “consideration” is laid on the table. In this case the Social Casino does not require consideration, but will still reward players with Colony tokens.
