Saturday Savers Club Update - Week 3 of 2025 🐝
Hello Hive Friends and Saturday Savers!
Another week has flown by, and here we are with Week 3 of the Saturday Savers Club in 2025! While my Hive Power progress fell short again this week, there’s still plenty of time to recover. After all, the year is just beginning, and the long-term game plan is what truly matters. Let’s dive into the numbers and my weekly updates.
🚀 Weekly Progress (Week 3)
Hive Power (HP):
- Last Week: 8138 HP
- This Week: 8178 HP
- Increase: +40 HP
- Target Weekly Increase: +145 HP
- Performance: Fell short by -105 HP (ouch!).
HBD Savings:
- Last Week: 1332 HBD
- This Week: 1332 HBD
- Increase: 0 HBD
- No issue here! The steady 15% APR ensures this goal will "auto-reach" as long as I stay consistent.
Second-Layer Token Growth:
- EDSI: 27 (+1)
- Slowly building thanks to EDS-D investments.
- BBHO: 3086 (+101)
- Strong growth here! Also completed BPUD this week with nearly 250 BBHO powered up.

- BXT: 192 (unchanged)
- I’ll focus on growing this further in the coming weeks.
- LEO: 210 (+10)
- Consistent growth! Perhaps it’s time to participate in Leo Power Up Days?
🛠️ Weekly Highlights & Updates
Bot Tweaks:
- Made further adjustments to my Hive tipping bots. Now the summaries include the total number of tips given per day. (What do you think of this addition?)
Diesel Pools Investment:
- Allocated more resources into Diesel Pools. These investments are part of my long-term strategy to maximize returns and reinvest in Hive Power and second-layer tokens, and should start kicking in aiding the Hive Power growth.
Focus on EDS-D & EDSI:
- Redirecting all HBD rewards into EDS-D to boost EDSI growth. This not only increases my EDSI holdings but indirectly grows my Hive Power as well.
BBHO Growth:
- BBHO is progressing well, although it’s still not at the stage where it can auto-grow to the goal. Steady wins the race, and I’m on the right track here.
LEO Potential:
- LEO growth has been steady, but perhaps participating in Leo Power Up Days (LPUD) could accelerate progress. What do you think? Worth a try?
📋 Next Week’s Plans
Increase HP Growth:
- Focus on more consistent posting and resource allocation to meet my weekly target of +145 HP.
Boost Second-Layer Tokens:
- Continue growing BBHO and LEO while exploring opportunities to expand BXT.
Refine Long-Term Strategy:
- Further optimize investments in Diesel Pools and evaluate other high-yield opportunities.
More Hive-Deving to do:
- Continue tweaking the bots, and setting up some systems to make the more reliable, and "less depending on me", by allowing others to do maintenance on them as well.
🎯 Looking Ahead
While this week didn’t quite hit the targets I had hoped for, I’m still optimistic about my overall trajectory. Hive’s beauty lies in the compound effect of consistent effort, and as long as I stay the course, the results will follow.

Not at the moment, still catching up with a couple holiday bills. I've put more into BTC as of late, long term I think those returns will be worth it. There are a lot of tokens I want to be more of here as well, but my Hive account has been pretty much organic as of late.
I really need to pick up more DUO too before this tranche sell out and the price bumps up to 1.5 Hive. The fun never ends here on Hive!

My update this week was similar, not so great on my goals, but still good growth in other areas, like diesel/liquidity pools, and income tokens. I never got into LEO much, mostly because I can't do much with it other than delegate it or put it in a pool. Great job on the tip summaries, I like the total! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
