I've often met people who say that to achieve success you need to constantly move, run somewhere, do something...

Success is a very specific concept, and achieving it isn't the same for everyone.

Here's one example of how the most successful predator on our planet, the dragonfly, isn't always moving.

You can often see a dragonfly sitting motionless for long periods, its thousands of eyes scanning everything around it, not missing anything that could become its prey.
