We live in a world shrouded in threads of hope.
Sometimes these threads are parallel to each other, sometimes they intersect, and sometimes they are woven into a tight ball that is very difficult to unravel, but if there is hope, then unraveling it is not very boring.
Here are two directions of hope, probably the one who installed a lamp post very close to the stump of a cut tree hopes that this stump has died and will not grow any more and will not displace the reinforced concrete pole.
And the one who salted this tree, perhaps dreams that this stump will come to life and young branches will appear on it that will turn into a new tree.
This water column has stopped working and I am sure that someone hopes to one day rip it out of the ground and hand it in for scrap metal, but someone did not do this, he hopes that one day fresh water can flow from this hydrant again.
A lost puppy hopes that its owner will find it, and the owner of this puppy can hope that the puppy will find its own way home.
Sometimes, someone can be said to have lost all hope, like this dog that swarms through the garbage, but this dog hopes to find something tasty in the garbage and, therefore, no matter the circumstances, hope is always alive.
