Quite often you can hear disputes about what exactly a populated area is namely a city or a village.
Sometimes cities become villages and sometimes villages become cities and the dream of rural residents to live in a city comes true.
But in essence these disputes are akin to the dispute about who exactly Kisa Vorobyaninov from the movie 12 chairs was a boy or a girl and such a dispute can only be resolved by throwing a brick for example into this puddle... don't throw it in his face :)
Yes, not in every city you can see skyscrapers and subways but for sure in every city you can see lampposts and their reflections in puddles on the asphalt if in this city at least once, there was asphalt.
