Joining a Guild in Splinterlands and Explaining the XP Boost in Rising Star Game

While I wait for a new season to begin in Splinterlands, I'm learning more about the game and how to improve my battle performance and increase my SPS and Glint gains in ranked battles.

So far, I've learned that staking SPS is essential to increase rewards in ranked battles, so I'll start by renting 20,000 SPS and see how much I earn during the season.

Other important details I've discovered are that Guild and Gold Foil cards increase SPS and Glint gains in ranked battles.

Gold Foil cards are quite expensive, and renting them is also costly, so I'll focus on joining a Guild initially.

There are many Guilds in Splinterlands, but since I'm a newbie, many probably won't accept me. That's why I chose the OPEN option in Guilds. The OPEN option means you can join a guild directly without needing to ask someone to accept or needing an invitation.

I joined the ☠️Splinter Skulls☠️ Guild, it's rank 242 and has a level 6 Lodge, so it will be interesting to increase my rewards in ranked battles. I noticed that there aren't many active Brawlers in the Guild, so I won't have difficulty getting a spot.

I still need to learn more about how the Guild works in Splinterlands, but it seems that Brawlers reward you with SPS and Merits. I don't know much about how Merits work yet, but they are essential for getting Gladiator cards; I'll explain more about them soon.

As I mentioned before, the Lodge is level 6, and that means I'll increase my rewards by +7% in ranked battles.

Rising Star Game

Yesterday I mentioned the XP Boost in Rising Star Game, and that's what I'm going to talk about in this post.

There are 3 XP Boosters: XP +10, XP +50, and XP +100.

The XP Boost is a great ally when it comes to leveling up in the game because it increases the XP you earn by completing missions in Rising Star Game.

In the Rising Star Game market, you can buy the XP +10 Boost for 17 Swap.Hive, and that's the Boost I'm going to buy today.

To compare the XP increase in missions, I'll use the Midweek Support Slot mission as an example.

Before buying the XP Boost +10, my XP gain in the Midweek Support Slot mission was 51 XP.

After buying the XP Boost +10, my XP gain in the Midweek Support Slot mission is 92 XP. With this information, you can see how important XP Boost is for leveling up in Rising Star Game.
