RE: The Wave

You are kind, thank you. I'll be ok. It's a bit gloomier here near London but I'll be out on the school run shortly getting some fresh air and I'm taking your advice and going for a walk down by the Thames. I've been flying... loving life lately so this mood and these solitudinous thoughts caught me somewhat unaware. Yeah, the weather doesn't help this time of the year. Adds an extra layer to the melancholy. You have to just resolve to go with the flow and ride out the wave. Thank you for sharing your post and taoist inspirational thoughts with me, my friend. Spring is just around the corner for both of us now. I hope you are feeling much better today yourself🙏💗

Wow a London lass! I was down London before Christmas and was messing around in Chinatown for a spell. Hadn't been down London in a long while. Hopefully i came take a trip for Chinese New Year, hopefully the party will be lit, know what im sayin?

I'm feelin much gooder now, thank you very much. Sometimes a good night sleep, a box load of After Eight Chocolates and a good cuppa does wonders. Drink up if ya got em!

Just wanted to share with you this poem of mine, titled "Triggered By A Long Rain" you may like. Let us know what you think:

Triggered by a long rain;
this semblance still exists
that I cannot keep,
but the process distills me,
known only by those distilled.

Triggered by a wild rain;
at the apex of my restless sleep,
on my finest hour where I’m supposed to be.
At another crossroad...
where am I supposed to be?

Triggered by an urgent rain;
a message in my heartbeat quivers
for a warm rice wine
and my soul’s true keeper.
Here,
those silent nights we shared
the only thing I have.

If you don’t know me by now...
when will you know me?

PS - I am humbled that you reblogged my post! Thank you ever so much! May you be as the Lotus, at peace in muddy waters.
