Ahh, so you're going through some emotional turmoil.
I was going through some of that the other day, mainly partly because of the gloomy weather in the West Midlands, where I'm at. I went to my local reservoir, as the day happened to be very stunning, and was healed by the Waters. I did a video on this, check it out if you have time.

You are kind, thank you. I'll be ok. It's a bit gloomier here near London but I'll be out on the school run shortly getting some fresh air and I'm taking your advice and going for a walk down by the Thames. I've been flying... loving life lately so this mood and these solitudinous thoughts caught me somewhat unaware. Yeah, the weather doesn't help this time of the year. Adds an extra layer to the melancholy. You have to just resolve to go with the flow and ride out the wave. Thank you for sharing your post and taoist inspirational thoughts with me, my friend. Spring is just around the corner for both of us now. I hope you are feeling much better today yourself🙏💗
