What Did You Let Go Of That You Are Happy About?

We often hear people say that we should let go of things when we know that they no longer have a place in our lives but then, if you have ever been in that place before, you will understand how hard it feels and even worse, you think you are doing the wrong thing. You think of just trying to fit in again because you think you are the problem but then, somehow, you just finally had to let go.

So for this week, we want you to think about that one thing you thought it was too difficult to let go of but finally did and you are happy about it. It can be anything or anyone. A job, a friend, an habit and many more. Here are few ideas you can choose to write about.

• Do you think letting go was your best option or that was the only way you thought growth was possible?

• If you ever get the opportunity to hold onto that one thing again, will you accept that opportunity?

• How were you able to let go? Do you have any regrets?

• Why do you choose to let go? Was it because you felt comfortable of where you are and don’t think you needed to change or because you accepted to grow even when it feels uncomfortable?
