Exploring and Getting Some Stuff for the Store... :)

I decided to take a day off today because I wanted to help replant some seedlings in our garden. And because of that, I decided to go on a morning walk or jog with my father.

It was already bright when we went out at around 6:10 AM, but it was pretty comfortable. It rained the night before, but there weren't a lot of puddles and mud.

We had two goals in our walk today. One is to explore the area more (meaning, go to further places we haven't been to) and to get some stuff for our store from the wholesaler.

During our first week in this area, we went for a walk, but stopped at this place. The road was split in two, so we decided to go back. This area is just a little beyond the elementary school.

However, today, we decided to take the road on the left and see what there.

There were houses and stores by the road in some areas, but in other parts, it's just the road and smaller pathways going up some hill, or going down the opposite direction. Since it's a weekday, we sometimes see students walking or riding a motorcycle to school.

The clouds look so fluffy like cotton candy. It's so pretty that I couldn't help but take a photo of it.

I'm not sure what it is, but I think it's "bugnay" or wild cherry. I haven't had it for a long time. It's either that, or an entirely different plant growing in the wild. haha

Going further, we saw this place with rows of coconut trees! It's like a small-scale coconut plantation, and then, there's a huge open space after it. At this point, we have already walked for around 30 minutes, so we decided to head back.

We jogged for the most part going back, but we walked once in a while to take photos. hahaha Also, I'm still building up my stamina... so next time, I can jog and even run longer without catching my breath. :D

The area near the elementary school has started to become busy on our way back. We even saw some of our young neighbors walking to school. They energetically greeted us, especially my father, since they always interact with him at the store. They're so cute!

We passed by the street to our house because we're going to do our next mission, which is to buy some stuff. The wholesaler's store is the area with a motorcycle.

We're done shopping! hahaha Now, it's time to head back home! We still need to walk for another 10-15 minutes or so. :)

Our place is around 5 minutes away from the public high school. We bought some bread for breakfast, then went home. We walked and jogged for more than an hour, so it was a great warm-up for us.

It was a busy and physically tiring day in our garden, but it was so fun and fulfilling. My mom @arashi0416 will be sharing our gardening stories tomorrow, so please check it out, too!

I'll try to make Wednesday Walk a habit again... and of course, another walk either on Saturday or Sunday, depending on my classes. ^^I'll end this post here. Thanks for reading, and see you around!
