I once didn't sleep for about 50 hours, and oh boy, I thought I was speaking normal words and sentences, and what came out of my mouth was just pure gibberish!!! It's insane what the lack of sleep can do to a person... Unfortunately, it's rarely a case of 50 hours not sleeping, but more often 50 days (and many many more) of sleeping too little, which has a similar effect, but not that hard and obvious...
