I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #973 - The Alive Tribe Curation Trail(s) Now in Focus! - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Thursday, March 27, 2025

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Now that we've gotten the daily dividend payouts for held and staked ALIVE, and the weekly delegation rewards for AP and HP delegated to community accounts up and running, I've been considering where to put the focus of Alive Tribe development and improvement next, and what came to me this morning was to review, update, and streamline the Alive Tribe curation/vote trail, to make it more consistent, coherent, efficient, and effective. Presently there are 7 different community curation trails in a semi-connected/semi-disjointed state. As I was looking thing over this morning, noting down the various interconnections and HP statuses, it became apparent rather quickly that I've got a fair bit of work ahead of me, as it's somewhat of a mess!

One thing that I'll say is that I really wish that Hive.Vote were compatible with Hive Keychain, as it's a bit of a pain to add the keys of all the relevant accounts to HiveSigner. That one feature would make the process so much quicker, but alas, I'm stuck with the slower and more-tedious HiveSigner method. All good, I'll work with what I've got.

One of the curious dynamics that I'm finding, for example, is that some community accounts which are in certain curation trails, and which are trail leads themselves, have all of their HP delegated to @aliveandthriving, which is obviously not useful at all, so a bit of reconfiguration is necessary. There's also @aliveandsocial, which has a fair bit of undelegated HP that is not being used at all, since it's not presently following any trail, so again, some adjustment are required.

I'm probably going to make the main community curation accounts, and those that publish posts, such as @aliveandthriving, @alive.chat, @heartbeatonhive, and probably @thelevelupgame, top trailmasters leads, which then follow each other's respective trails for both post and comment upvoting, since they are, or will be, primary focuses of community activity. One of these trailmaster lead accounts, probably @aliveandthriving (which all others trailmaster lead accounts would follow) could then potentially also follow other allied curation trails, like @bradleyarrow and @liotes.

I'm going to sit with and consider the details and possible ways of implementing it for a few days, during which I'll also likely add the necessary account keys into HiveSigner, to at least get myself ready for the Great (Alive Tribe) Curation Trail Reconfiguration. The one thing of which I'm sure is that when I've completed this reorganization, that the community will very likely notice and appreciate the result on their posts and comments!

Yesterday, Thursday, I left the Flow House, once I had finished up my Hive tasks, a bit after 2:30PM, giving my attention first to some photography for these posts, and a little sunbathing on the trampoline in the Peanut Lawn, before getting my machete to go collect a wheelbarrow full of assorted edible foliage for cow-milking food. I haven't done any work with my nursery in a few days, which frustrates me a little, but collecting cow food is generally quite an ordeal, and that takes so much time, that I often don't have the motivation afterward to do it. All good, I'll get back to it shortly. Once I had cow food done, I took a shower, picked up my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the Landing fridge, and I made my way back to the Flow House, to dive into my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I had everything done by around 9:30PM, at which point I wrote and published My Entry for Shadow Hunters Community Contest/Show Me a Shadow: Round 366 - Spiral Tendril Shadows, and then after some asset management, exploring Qortal, setting up Qortal to auto-start as a systemd service (from something that I learned on Qortal), and scanning my X feed, I went to bed about 12:30AM. I woke up just after 7:15AM, having slept very well, doing more asset management, beginning on this post, and then getting out of bed around 8AM to go make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, before returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 12:45PM, so a lovely time to end this post, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before leaving Flow House a bit later in the afternoon, to first focus on photography for these posts, and for my entry in the Reflection Hunters Contest, straining and blending kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao) in the Landing, and then community/land work. 2025 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
