I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
As I've been mentioning in my last few posts, I wasn't feeling very good over the course of a few days, with a headache on and off, and a bit weakness. While I had an idea of what was causing it, I got clear confirmation yesterday, after feeling called to make a few adjustments. My superfood fire coffee, that I've been making every day, in one iteration or another, for several years now, while quite amazing, is also a notable diuretic, so it pulls water out of the body, and if I'm drinking more of that than water (with sea salt), especially with my sensitivity to sugar (I use local, raw honey in it), it can definitely fuck me up a bit. That seems to be exactly what was happening.

I wasn't feeling good again yesterday afternoon, so after finishing up with publishing the previous version of these posts and my other important Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, I felt compelled to go to Wabisabi to make myself some food rich in proteins and fats: a few egg tortes (they're kind of like scrambled-egg rollups or crepes) with diced raw onion, tomatoes, and sea salt. I also started to drink much more water, especially when I was drinking my superfood fire coffee. That combination did the trick, and fast, and I was back to feeling good again quite soon indeed.

Even things that are usually good for us need balance, as this clearly demonstrates. I felt completely fine the whole rest of the night, super thankfully, and after getting through all of my Hive notifications, I used my rebounded energy and focus to finally do some more-thorough asset management on @aliveandthriving and @heartbeatvault01, which was greatly needed. I even went to bed fairly early, around 10:45PM, though I did wake up about 12:45AM, and feeling rested and with my mind a bit more active, I got up to do some research on mastering the build and run flags for llama.cpp and two of its forks that I've been using, for about half an hour. That was not the best decision, however, because I wasn't really able to get back to sleep for most of the rest of the night. Even when I feel the urge to do so, I really need not to activate my mind in the middle of the night.

Even though I am definitely feeling rather sleep deprived this morning, otherwise I feel great, so no complaints here. When I went to make my superfood fire coffee in Wabisabi this morning, I also made myself another three egg tortes, because I intend to get into the new habit of making myself some substantial breakfast, along with a little less of my superfood fire coffee, as a part of a new daily routine. That's been working very well indeed so far today, for which I'm super grateful.

So since yesterday, I've been doing my best to slow down, not push myself quite so hard, and to give myself more proper care, and the effects have been extremely beneficial and positive. It's truly incredible just how big a difference a few small changes can make. Needless to say, I intend to continue in this direction, as I slowly begin to rebalance my daily routine, and my life.

Yesterday, Tuesday, after leaving the Flow House around 1:15PM, and making myself food in Wabisabi, I gave my attention to some photography for my posts, and then I focused on repositioning the hinges on the door to Wabisabi, though sadly that did not go very well, especially with me trying to do it alone. Although I am good at many things, and I learn very quickly, I am not an improvisational carpinter, so this task took me much longer than hoped, and it was a very frustrating process. I finally got a little help from Caniela, which finally allowed me to at least get the door to a better state than it was previously. Given that most of the materials are jungle harvested, nothing is straight, so they usually require a fair bit of adjustments and finagling to get them to fit together in any reasonable way. After spending way too much time on that, I finally made myself some food there, and with that and my leftover superfood fire coffee, and more water, I headed back to the Flow House, to begin my evening Hive tasks, which I was able to finish quite early, but about 8:30PM, after which, as mentioned above, I did a round of 'We Are Alive Tribe' asset management, before finally going to bed by just before 11PM. I really wish that I hadn't gotten up in the middle of the night to do some research, but alas, that's what I did, and I got much less sleep than desired, which I hope to make up tonight. I woke up around 7:30AM, definitely still feeling that I needed more sleep, preparing this post, going to prepare my superfood fire coffee, and some food, in Wabisabi, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 12:15PM, so it's a fantastic time to wrap this up, so that I may attend to my few other important Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, before preparing for a session that's scheduled for 1:30PM. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until tomorrow's manifestation of these posts! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

There will be more ALIVE pools coming soon!

This is our collaboratively shared Witness node between the We Are Alive Tribe, and @borniet's and my MMB (Maximum Mutual Benefit) Project, here to build something good for all of us! The higher in the witness ranking we go, the more that we'll be able to grow the We Are Alive Tribe, and the more that we'll be able to share with all of you!

If you appreciate what we're doing with the We Are Alive Tribe, and feel inspired and motivated to lend a hand in building and growing our decentralized community economy and financial framework, which benefits all of us, community conntributions/donations/investments may be sent to our 'We Are Alive Tribe Sovereign Wealth Investment Fund' account, @waat-swif. They're deeply appreciated, and are put to very good use.

Bjorn is our badass coder who hosts and manages our (and also Bradley's) community backends, he creates all sorts of useful tools, and he assists people all over the Blockchain constantly. He redefines the term 'busy'!

Bradley's tenaciously committed and all-in on Hive for the long haul (just like me!), and the higher his witness goes in the ranking, the higher the weekly BBH and BBHO dividend payouts will be!
