I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

I've just got to say that I still really, really, really miss BeeSwap. As I've been mentioning, without it my daily and weekly asset management on my own account, and for the We Are Alive Tribe, is just so much slower, due to the inefficiencies and inadequacies of the other current asset-management frontends. What used to take me maybe 2 hours now takes me 2 days. That's ridiculous to the max.

I usually only focus on asset management on my own account once per day now, and every other day alternating between managing assets on @aliveandthriving and @heartbeatvault01. Inefficient tech and a general lack of time is a really bad combo. I do my absolute best to work with what I've got, though, and to do what needs to be done, when it needs to be done.

In my My 200th Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update: 17,600 HP This Week, and Refocusing HP Leases, which I just finished writing and publishing, I mentioned that I've begun to shift how I do HP leases, or more accurately, how I accept them, moving away as I am from leases that end on a set date, to those that are continually renewed each month. Of my 6 accepted HP leases presently active, 4 are to @centtoken, which provides these types of continually-renewed leases.

The benefit of this type of always-renewing lease is that the whole inefficient process of having to undelegate HP and then waiting 5 days for it to be usable again after a lease ends, is completely removed, and a constant and uninterrupted daily stream of SWAP.HIVE investment liquidity is established in its place. The starting APR is a bit less, but thankfully it is raised as time progresses.

For me, with my present resource availability, I find the 500-HP leases to @centtoken to be the most useful, in part because I'm able to spread out their daily payouts over the course of 24 hours, which provides me with several influxes of SWAP.HIVE throughout the day. That's very convenient, and it's exactly what I was intending to do, to create another consistent, dependable, reliable, and stable passive income stream that I can use for my ongoing investments and asset leveraging.

Yesterday, Sunday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up part of my assorted and numerous Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, very late indeed, by just before 4PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts, and then to a few small jungle-community tasks. It was a rainy, cloudy, chilly day, so I headed to Wabisabi early to make myself some food (spiced-and-seasoned beef burger, on olive-oil-toasted sourdough, with pepperjack cheese, and Dijon mustard), and with that and my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee in hands, I returned to the Flow House to begin my evening Hive tasks. I got everything done by around 9:30PM, and after some asset management on my account and @aliveandthriving, I went to bed by around 11:45PM. I woke up about 6:30AM, having slept well, doing leftover asset management on @heartbeatvault01 from last night, going to prepare my superfood fire coffee in Wabisabi, making my way back to the Flow House to write and publish my goals-and-progress update, then starting on this post. It's now just after 12:45PM, so it's a marvelous time to wrap this up, so that I may attend to my few other important Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, before leaving the Flow House later in the afternoon, to focus first on some more photography for my posts, and then on some jungle-community/land work and tasks. 2026 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
