I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
I've got to say, yesterday and this morning were really not enjoyable at all, with seemingly everything going wrong. Aside from all the other areas where things went awry, just before I was planning to go to bed last night, the ethernet connection on my laptop stopped working, which made me spend another hour and a half troubleshooting it, to no avail. Luckily my laptop could still pick up the wifi from my router out in the Dog House, so my Qortal node could stay online, but I had to call it quits by around 12:30AM, to get some sleep.

This morning I did more troubleshooting, along with changing 2 ethernet heads, but again, my efforts were unsuccessful in resolving the issue. I still had a good amount of unused ethernet cable, so instead of giving up, since I already had a lot to do this morning on Hive, I quickly laid a new ethernet line directly from the Puppy House (a primary juncture point for our network), to the Flow House, and then I put ethernet heads on the cables. Very thankfully this worked, and my ethernet connection to the Flow House was finally restored.

Now I've got to deal with locating sufficient conduit to use to protect the ethernet cable that's presently just laying on the ground and across the landscape. The quickest place to get the necessary conduit is to salvage the old section that runs from the Landing to the Abode (and then on to the Flow House), though that would be a whole lot of work indeed, since most of it is underground, and running through some quite jungly areas. I'll see about the feasibility of doing that today in any sort of quick manner. One of the most notable challenges to living off-grid in the jungle, with often such wet conditions, is that it's really not easy to keep pretty much any type of electrical technology functioning well over the long term (or even the short term in some csses), with components failing often. This is exactly why having backups and redundancy is so ridiculously essential.

Because I spent most of my morning working on resolving my ethernet issue, I didn't have time write and publish my Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update, so that will have to be done later this evening. I already collected all the asset data, so it's basically ready to begin writing. Hopefully that won't take me too long, as I still have lots to do on Hive tonight.

Monday mornings are already busy for me, with two posts to write and publish, various Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks to complete, and some multi-account asset management to boot, so when things like this occur that require my attention, it really derails my day. I'll always find a way, and usually pretty quickly, but some things occasionally need to be accomplished slightly later than usual. Adapt, improvise, and overcome. That's what I've learned to do living out here over the past 7+ years, and in so many different domains and ways. It's DIY all the way living off-grid in the jungle, my friends!

Yesterday, Sunday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, which included my once-weekly asset management for the We Are Alive Tribe (though I've been doing a lot more during the week lately), by a little after 3:30PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts. It was another chilly, cloudy, and partially-rainy day again, so I had zero motivation to work outside, and since it was Sunday, the one day that I (usually) use just for myself, after finishing with taking photos, and one small task for Soozi, I went to the new kitchen space to make myself some food (mini spiced-and-seasoned beef burgers, on olive-oil-toasted sourdough, with pepperjack cheese, and Dijon mustard), and with that and my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee in hands, I headed back to the Flow House to begin my evening Hive tasks. I had a lot of notifications to go through again, so I wasn't able to finish before I had to stop by around 10:30PM, to do some asset management, and then, unexpectedly, to try to resolve my ethernet issue, before finally stopping to go to bed by a bit after 12:30AM. I woke up about 7:30AM, having slept better than I expected, troubleshooting and fixing my ethernet issue, going to the new kitchen space to prepare my superfood fire coffee, then returning to the Flow House to get my Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update ready to write tonight, and to write this post. It's now just before 1PM, so it's a fantastic time to wrap this up, so that I may attend to my few other Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on some more photography for my posts, and then on community/land work, most likely savaging conduit. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until tomorrow's iteration of these posts! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

There will be more ALIVE pools coming soon!

This is our collaboratively shared Witness node between the We Are Alive Tribe, and @borniet's and my MMB (Maximum Mutual Benefit) Project, here to build something good for all of us! The higher in the witness ranking we go, the more that we'll be able to grow the We Are Alive Tribe, and the more that we'll be able to share with all of you!

Bjorn is our badass coder who hosts and manages our (and also Bradley's) community backends, he creates all sorts of useful tools, and he assists people all over the Blockchain constantly. He redefines the term 'busy'!

Bradley's tenaciously committed and all-in on Hive for the long haul (just like me!), and the higher his witness goes in the ranking, the higher the weekly BBH and BBHO dividend payouts will be!

I hope you can fix the problem with the internet soon.
Encouragement and greetings.

Many thanks, my friend, and I did get it fixed, though I still have to put the ethenet cable through conduit. Warm greetings to you, and I appreciate it. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
