I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #1160 - 13,900 HP Today with My HPUD Powerup, and a Snafu with HIVE Dividends and Delegator Payouts - Big Island, Hawai'i - Tuesday, September 30, 2025

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 6 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

I just did my October HPUD powerup, and of course I wrote and published a post about it, October HPUD - Hive Power Up Day - 42.659 HIVE Powered Up!, in which I mentioned that, although compared to my mega-powerup last month, this month's powerup is a lot more modest, but that it was still enough to get me right to the very edge of 13,900 Hive Power, which I'll easily surpass today. I've been participating in the HPUD tradition for over two years in total now, and exactly two years consecutively as of today, so yeah, once I commit and focus my mind on something, even over extended periods of time, I do it.

Given that I'm reaching 13,900 HP by the middle of the week, based on how quickly my HP is accumulating, it means that I'll almost certainly pass 14,000 HP next week. Then I'll only have 1,000 HP to go to reach my year-end goal of 15,000 Hive Power, and I'm going to work my tush off to make it happen.

Well, it's Wednesday, October 1st, and much to my chagrin, we had a snafu with distributing HIVE in the daily ALIVE dividends and in the weekly HP-delegator payouts. The payouts to our HP delegators was only partially successful, due to the fact that the payout script tried to distribute 15 HIVE instead of the alloted 10 HIVE. The HIVE payouts on the daily ALIVE dividends did not work at all for some reason, sadly. We'll get it all sorted and rectified as soon as possible, but we're on Bjorn's busy schedule, so I don't know exactly when that will be just yet. I'll let y'all know as soon as I know anything new.

Although it can be frustrating, and requires patience, new implementations and changes to scripts and code don't always work as intended the first time, even with test runs beforehand. Added to that the often busy schedules of those that do the backend work, like Bjorn, and you can get some idea of just how challenging it is to set a date, and have the launch of something new actually go smoothly. We just do the best we can with what is available and before us.

Getting our token distribution working correctly again will happen shortly I'm sure, but I'm just grateful that the our weekly HIVE income allows us to share so much of it with the community. I'm also always working to grow our income streams of various useful and valuable assets, so much more is to come over time.

Yesterday, Tuesday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive tasks, by around 2PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts, straining and blending kefir, and collecting coconut water and coconut meat from several younger coconuts to begin another round of kefir fermentation. When I had all that finally completed, I took a quick asset-management break up at the Flow House, then I went to chop and dump bad/used coconuts at the upper coco bar, and to tidy up the area a bit. When I had that done, I harvested one rack of bananas, and with my machete still in hand, I did some more clearing in various places along and near trails. Once I had cleared another good area, I took a shower, made myself some food (one of my special cheeseburgers, with spiced-and-seasoned ground beef, romiano peppperjack cheese, tomatoes, sautéed red onions, and horseradish mustard, on sourdough bread) in the Landing, and after happily devouring that, I grabbed my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the fridge, and with that in hand, I headed back to the Flow House, to begin my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I got everything done by a little after 9PM, and after some asset management, and a quick scan of my X feed, I went to bed just after 10:30PM. I woke up around 6AM, having slept well, though feeling frustrated that we lost power from the solar electrical batteries last night, babysitting the solar electrical system for a while until the batteries reached a high-enough charge for me to turn the electricity on again, returning to the Flow House to do some asset management, powering up my HIVE and writing and publish my HPUD post about it, going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, before finally returning to the Flow House once again to write this post. It's now just before 11:45AM, so it's quite a good time indeed to wrap this up, so that I may get to my other few important Hive Task, before preparing for a session that's scheduled for 1:30PM. 2025 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
