I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #1091 - Three New Discord Servers to Introduce to the Hive Community - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Wednesday, July 23, 2025

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 6 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

I have a special community announcement today about three new Discord servers that we just created (I had the idea, @borniet did the server creating) to assist with communication in three related area, MMB - Maximum Mutual Benefits, HiveTippingBots, and Botlord. I had mentioned the idea to Bjorn last night in a comment, and lo and behold, he whipped up the three new servers even before I went to bed!

The first server, MMB - Maximum Mutual Benefits is for better two-way community communication around @borniet's and my MMB - Maximum Mutual Benefits Meta-Project. Our work on MMB got derailed for a while (around 6 months), mostly due to lots of challenging life experiences (losing multiple close friends), and work and home busyness on Bjorn's part, as well as the abusive downvoting that we've been receiving with our bots for quite some time now. We intend to get the ball rolling again regardless, and this Discord server is a step in that direction.

The second server HiveTippingBots was created for tipping-bot owners and operators, to facilitate much more easeful, efficient, effective, and quick communication between them, and as a space to offer support around broken bots. As I'm writing this now, I'm also thinking that it could be used by the community to communicate bot downtimes, and to share ideas, suggestions, and requests about how to make the various tipping bots better.

The third server, Botlord, is for community communication around Bjorn's development work on Hive, because he's a very prodigious and proficient coder who's building a lot of very cool things about which more people should definitely be aware. I believe that it would also serve as a place for the community to share suggestions, requests, and issues.

While I've never really liked that Discord is the main focus for community communication on Hive, that's still presently the case, so we roll with it and keep moving forward. None of these new servers have any custom channels yet, though we'll begin adding them over the next few days and weeks. Everyone is welcome and invited to join them, if the inclination and desire exists. We're hoping that these new Discord servers will help to speed up, and to make community communication around their respective topics much more efficient and effective. Fingers crossed!

Yesterday, Wednesday, after finishing up my Hive tasks around 12:30PM, I prepared for a session that was scheduled for 1:30PM. The session started on time, and we finished up about 5:30PM, after which I stopped by the Landing to collect my jar of superfood fire coffee from the fridge, and with that in hand, I made my way back to the Flow House, to begin my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I got everything done by around 1:30PM, and after some asset management, and a scan of my X feed, I went to bed a little after 12AM. I woke up quite late, a bit after 8:30AM, having thankfully slept well, doing more asset management, going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. I had to pause that to go attend the Thursday community heart-share meeting. I left early to head back to the Flow House to continue with this post. It's now just after 12:30PM, so a marvelous time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on photography for my posts, straining and blending kefir, and then community/land work. 2025 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
