I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #1036 - My Well-Rounded Approach to Hive Investing - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Thursday, May 29, 2025

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 6 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Investing and leveraging assets is an art and science in itself, with many ways to do it, and all of these different ways have both benefits and detriments associated with them. My methodology for investing could be termed a 'well-rounded' approach, because I keep my focus equally across all investment domains simultaneously over time. The downside to this is that my assets in each domain grow more slowly when compared to a more-focused approach, with none reaching exceptional levels in the short and mid time frames, though this effect is mostly nullified in the long term as the glory compounding interest and exponential growth do their magic. It does have some excellent benefits, however.

The most notable of these beneficial aspects is that I have a fairly good asset and resource base across all primary Hive-investment domains (reference my 10 Pillars of Hive Active and Passive Income, I Am AliveAndThriving Today! || IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day 1021 - My Multi-Faceted Hive Income Manifesto), which continues to increase and accelerate in growth as time progresses. Yes, because I don't hyper-focus on only one or two areas of investing, everything grows more slowly in the beginning, and this is where patience is important, but over the long-term, this well-rounded approach will yield the greatest potential benefits, with a very solid and diverse investment spread, and ample resources at later stages to boost weaker investment areas.

Mind you, even though I do keep my focus across all areas of investing, within any particular one I do give more intense focus to different components as I see the need or use, to get them past certain ranges of asset generation and income. This has allowed me to create quite solid income in all investment domains.

This well-rounded way of investing mirrors this same proclivity within myself, as I've always been a what is often called a 'jack-of-all-trades', with passion, ability, and capacity in a great many and diverse areas of life. I'm really good at a lot of different things, though I don't know if I could call myself a true master of anything. This is usually not a problem because I'm always learning, growing, exploring, experimenting, tinkering, and refining as I go, in everything, so when I actually need greater capacity in one area, it is usually not to difficult to make happen.

I've been investing, leveraging, building, and growing in my well-rounded manner since I arrived on the Blockchain, and I've got to say that things are finally getting to very exciting levels of asset generation, income, and investment liquidity, that is allowing me to strategically and strongly boost various income streams, which only increases my investment and asset-leveraging potential. At some point I'm going to be a very well-rounded whale 🐳, and I'm getting closer every day, as I go about my well-rounded daily asset-leveraging way. I'm all-in for the long haul on Hive, and I'm very, very patient.

Yesterday, Thursday, I left the Flow House, after wrapping up my Hive tasks, a little before 2:30PM, jumping first into some photography for my posts, and straining and blending kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao) in the Landing. Once I had those done, I focused energy on unloading, transporting, and spreading cinder along various trails where the rain had washed it out. When I finally had that done, I collected several of the largest yacón plants from Ano's nursery, and transported them to the other side of the property, to the planting bed between the shop and the coco bar, to stage them for planting. After dropping them off, I took a quick asset-management break up at the Flow House, and then I helped helped Ano to further prepare the yacón bed for planting (it needed a lot of work). We stopped just before sunset, after which I headed to the Landing to collect my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the fridge, and then back to the Flow House to gently dive into my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I was able to finish that by just before 10PM, and after some asset management, and listening to @borniet's interview on the Hive Humpday Hangout, I went to bed just after 12AM. I woke up quite late, close to 7:30AM, still feeling that I needed more sleep, doing more asset management, getting out of bed to go make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 12:45PM, so a great time to end this post, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before preparing for a session that's scheduled for 1:30PM. 2025 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
