Potato and Minced meat Kabab | Creative-Sunday
Hello guys. Here I am again a week later and this is my post for the Creative-Sunday Contest. It has been raining continuously since night due to which the weather is cool and there will be no problem in cooking. You remember last Sunday I made filled bitter gourd with minced meat and this recipe was loved by you guys and they tasted really delicious. As you may know by reading the above title, Today I have made a very delicious and special recipe. I love all kinds of kebabs. So let's start with the procedure
Ingredients
- Minced meat
- Potatoes
- Oil
- Ground Red Chilli
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Mint
- Lemon
- Green chili
- Garam masala
- Eggs
Procedure
First of all, we will take half a kilo of minced meat and we will put it in a pot and put it to cook on low flame. If you want to cook it longer, you can also cook it by putting it in a pressure cooker and adding water to it. But I put it in a pot and put it on a low flame without water so that the little moisture that is in it will dry out. Then I added 50 grams of oil and now we will fry it and fry it until it turns brownish and it may take 20 minutes to brown.
Now add one tablespoon of ground red pepper, one tablespoon of salt and half a tablespoon of turmeric and fry it. Remember to fry it on a low flame otherwise it may burn. While it is browning we will take half a kilo of potatoes and boil them and cool them and peel them well.
After peeling the potatoes, mash them well and add a tablespoon of red pepper and a tablespoon of salt to it. I feel the process of mashing potatoes quite satisfying and anyway I love cooking so I enjoy cooking.
When the minced meat is lightly browned, take it off the fire and add a chopped green chilli and a little fresh mint. So that the taste is better more. Then add a tablespoon of garam masala and lastly we will add two lemons to it to make it crispy.
Now we will make kababs. First we will make a round shape of the potatoes paste and add a little roasted minced meat to it. This roasted minced meat will be covered with potatoes paste and then shaped into a kabab. The process is very easy and I enjoyed the process.
Now we will take two eggs and break them and mix them well and we will dip these kabab in eggs and fry them in hot oil. This is its final stage. When they turn brownish, take them out.
The final look is truly killer. My family has given good feedback and now I will wait for your feedback. I hope you will like this recipe of mine.
