Filled Bitter Gourd With Minced Meat | Creative-Sunday

(edited)

Hello guys. Today I am posting after many days because the network here was very slow due to bad weather. The network has been restored since yesterday but the weather is still stormy. I didn't want to miss the Creative-Sunday contest anyway. You remember last time I made Mango Delights, the final look of which was liked by all and hopefully many friends will have tried to make it. As you might have guessed from the title of the post, what I'm about to make, let's start with the procedure.

Ingredients

  • Minced Meat
  • White Gram Lentil
  • Bitter Gourd
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Green Chili
  • Oil
  • Ground Red Chilli
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Dry Coriander
  • Green Coriander

Procedure

First we will take half a kilo of bitter gourds and peel them well. Then we will add two table spoons of salt in it and then massage it with the help of hand so that their bitterness goes away and they become a little soft.

After massaging them for about three to four minutes, they will be placed in the sun and after half an hour when they leave the water, they will be cut on one side with the help of a knife and the seeds will be removed from them. These stages are very satisfied.

Now we will take half kg of minced meat and add 120 grams of soaked white gram lentil to it which we have soaked in water for about 10 minutes before. Then we will add little water to it and fry it on low flame

Now we will take 250 grams of onions and peel them well and cut them. Apart from this, 50 grams of tomatoes and two green chillies will also be chopped after washing well. Now we will put 50 grams of oil in a pot and put it on a low flame. When the oil is hot, we will add these chopped onions and tomatoes to it.

Now add one tablespoon of red chillies, one tablespoon of salt, half a tablespoon of turmeric and one tablespoon of dried coriander and cook it for about 10 minutes. When it turns light brown, add roasted minced and white gram lentil to it

After adding the minced we will cook it for five minutes on low flame for this we will give a plate over it so that the steam cannot escape. After five minutes we will take off it from the stove

Now we will take chopped bitter gourds and add this minced meat to them and wrap thread over them so that the minced meat does not come out. Then fry these bitter gourd in boiling oil and when they are brown in color and cooked well, we will take them out.

Now add the fried bitter gourd to the remaining minced meat and add chopped green coriander on top and now this recipe is ready. Hope you will like my recipe and you can try it and don't forget to give me feedback

Final Look 😁

Did you really eat it in a restaurant? I wonder which restaurant you ate it at.
You need to make it at home because it tastes better at home than at a restaurant
