HELLO friends welcome to my blog i wish each and everyone the best in all our ramifications, today i will be talking about fitness please do well to read it.

Our health is our wealth to stay away from all kind of sickness and disease then one must engage him or herself in a physical fitness training. To be fit means someone is physically fit and healthy and this can be done by walking, jugging, running, going to gym for workout and also eating balance diet.

CAN ANYONE DO EXERCISE

When it comes to exercise either young i meant toddler or aged can do exercise the only thing here is the exercise will be different, a rigorous exercise is for the young once that their bones and muscles are well developed, both aged and toddlers always engage in a very light exercises and they must be monitored.

SOME BENEFITS OF EXERCISE

It makes one younger one of the benefits of doing exercise is that you will always be fit and look young even while growing old and definitely you will be different from your age mate that is not doing exercise because all the part of your body will be in shape one will not be bigger than the other one and you will not be looking like amoeba

It helps to sleep exercises helps alot to sleep anytime I'm worried, depressed, or can't sleep properly once i do one or two things for my daily workout i will definitely sleep like a bouncing baby. And this work for everyone.

Muscles and bone well developed exercises will strengthen your bones and your muscles they will be strong and well shaped.

Weight controller another benefits of exercise is that it helps one to control his/her weight and makes someone knows what he's eating. A good fitness trainer will never eat junks because of he's weight he will always be mindful of what he's eating.

Strength and endurance fitness exercises gives you strength and endurance especially if it is aerobic exercise this will makes you totally different from your pairs.

It allows one to stay away from been sick and diseases
At the hospital when people go for check up some doctors only recommend exercises for their clients because that is what they need to do. Sometimes we don't need to go to the hospital, good fitness exercise will make one stay away from any kind of sickness because 1. Your heart will be pumping blood very well and most of the sickness and disease will be out once we sweat. Adequate exercise and balance diet will not make someone fall sick for a whole year and this is from experience.

MY FITNESS ROUTINE

When it comes to exercise, staying fit then you are welcome πŸ€— to my world. I happens to be a formal sport director in my school and i try my best to engage both teaching and none teaching staff apart from the regular students into sport every Wednesday 4-6pm.

I love aerobic exercise and i work on all part of my body. My regular schedule training is Monday 4-6pm Wednesday 4-6pm Saturday 7-10am like wise Sunday 5-6pm

I like to do more of stretching, flexibility exercises, cardiovascular endurance, power training and lots me as I'm a Tae-kwon-do player.

Further more i love to eat balance diet anytime I'm done training and this is so important if you are a fitness training.

My advice for people is always that try as much as you can to do more of exercises it doesn't really have to be aerobic exercise it can be anaerobic exercise i meant you can just walk, jug, run, and little more things it doesn't have to be hard training but then it is good to be fit.

Being fit is really underated these days

You are absolutely right, if not that you are a lover of sport you will get tired easily and give up because it's really underated. Only few people still value it.

Alot of discipline i must say, it's ain't easy to get up from bed before 7am so you can get to fitness center by 7am.

Of course you will surely have a steady fitness exercise because of what you do. It is really hard for me to keep up with body fitness but I still try once in a while but it's more of anaerobic exercises.

I will try my best to do more sha 😬.
