Medication Time Out..There Is No End To Work

Of a truth, it is not everything that one needs to take medication for. Typical story of my journey as a nursing mother. Before I got married, I was so much of a round-the-clock worker. A few days back I recalled how I will travel all the way from the northern part of my country to the eastern part where my family stays, and then instead of going to catch some sleep, I just jump into my business immediately. This was a journey that took nothing less than 12 hours.


Now that I am married, there is one thing that humbles every woman, which is pregnancy. See, I was humbled to the point that on my own I decided to have some time to rest. Throughoutmy pregnancy journey there was nothing like BP issues because I took care of myself without much stress. Then when I have given birth, it becomes so much of an issue for me to rest. This made it that from the first birth to this third birth there was this BP issue that always came up because of the inability to have good rest.


So one thing for me that doesn't need medication is rest as there can never be an end to work. This is one thing most people regret frequently, and it happens often. Rest is very important, and no matter how many drugs one takes in, they cannot replace the importance of rest. Most times I am a victim of inadequate rest. Rest is not only good for adults but also for kids. I remember something I read some time ago about rest; the writer said that "when someone rests, he gets to refresh his mind." To this I don't believe less because I always notice this so many times that I don't have any reason to argue with it at all. Having quality rest is so important because it saves lots of money.


Another thing I noticed about myself is, whenever I am feeling an unnecessary headache, I am just hungry. Do you know I never understood until my husband told me that? So any other time I just say I am feeling headed, and he asks me immediately when last I ate. Food can't be replaced with drugs. Knowing this gave me so much peace.Women are so mindful of the way they look, especially after giving birth; they want to be able to look much as they did before the pregnancy. For some people it works for them, and for others it doesn't. On my own part, it works well for them.


What helps one to return to shape in most cases is the round line we consume. So many people have the habit of consuming everything that pleases their eyes. Talking about a habit I have to let go, I will mention late-night eating.Some years back I just saw myself enjoying late-night meals, and while at that table I noticed that I was just out of shape and I had to help myself return to shape. I know of many ladies who take pills just to be in shape, but that wasn't my case because I just decided to work on it, and the result was so massive. Going on medication can give me a slimmer body, but I decided not to but instead followed the natural remedy.

Sometimes we tend to neglect simple things that would have helped us save cost cause buying drugs are now expensive with the present economy.
