Brains Over Speed.

I do not think that Artificial Intelligence is smarter than humans in any kind of way and honestly I feel like a lot of people confuse speed with intelligence, Just because something can give you answers in seconds that does not automatically make it smarter at all, It just means it is faster at processing information.

We as humans, we are wired differently, We do not just think, we feel , we imagine, we doubt, we question, Artificial Intelligence on the hand works based on what it has been trained on, It does not have understanding or any emotions at all, It does not wake up one day, and decides to see life from a different perspective, everything Artificial Intelligence does is based on patterns, data and instructions given to it by we humans.

Let us even look at Artificial Intelligence in a way, If you ask Artificial Intelligence a question it will give you an answer immediately.. that answer did not just appear out of nowhere, it was built from information that humans created over time, Books, experiences, discoveries, mistakes, all of that came from humans first, So in a way Artificial Intelligence is just working with what we know already.

Another thing is creativity, Humans can create something from nothing, you can sit down and imagine a whole story, a new idea or even a business that has never existed before but Artificial Intelligence can help refine ideas yes, the original spark most times still comes from a human mind, and that ability to dream, to be inspired to feel soimething deeply and turn it into something that is something Artificial Intelligence does not truly have.

Also let us talk about the aspect of decision making, humans do not just rely on logic we consider emotions, values and consequences, sometimes we even go against logic because of empathy or personal beliefs, Artificial Intelligence does not do that at all, it does not understand what it means to care about someone or how to make a sacrifice, it simply follows patterns and probabilities.

Now I will not lie Artificial Intelligence is really extremely useful, It makes work easier, faster and more efficient, things that would take humans hours or even days can be done in minutes, that is an advantage.. again that is speed and efficiency not necessarily intelligence.

Another important thing is experience, humans learn not from information but from living life, we grow through failure, pain, happiness, relationships and challenges, that kind of learning shapes how we think and act, Artificial Intelligence does not experience life, It does not grow emotionally or mentally in that way, so for me I see Artificial Intelligence as a tool.

A powerful one but still just a tool, it helps us do things better, It does not replace what makes us human, Intelligence is more than answering questions quickly, It is about understanding, feeling, creating and adapting in ways that go beyond data.

At the end of the day humans and Artificial Intelligence are not really in competition, Artificial Intelligence is here to assist, not to replace us, we humans are the ones who created it, we are still the ones guiding how Artificial Intelligence is used, so no I do not think.

Artificial Intelligence is smarter than humans, It is just faster, at getting things done......And That is okay.
