Incentive as a population control.

Despite the economy of the country, the population of the country keeps increasing globally. The increase is coming alarmingly; the increase of population has become a concern and scary in many countries. Population has really affected the economy of many countries, and if it is not handled properly, it will affect us in the future. A healthy population is the best over an unhealthy population.

The hardship most of the countries are facing today is as a result of population. My country is not left behind; the high increase in population has really affected economic growth, infrastructure and our natural resources. Things are not enough for the people. The citizens are

More than the natural resources, this is the major reason why the level of hardship is high. We always lament that there is employment; every year we have over millions of students graduating from the university, and unemployment has really been a major issue in our country; everyone is struggling to survive.

Now to the question: should the government provide incentives to encourage families to have a certain number of children? As for me, I will say it will be nice if the government should place incentives in families. There are many families that don’t think about how they will take care of the kids; all they know is to be born. The present economy of the country should be able to guide some families about the number of children they should have. It still surprises me that in this current economy you will see a family having up to ten children. The most annoying part is that such a family is seriously fighting with their finances. It is because people don’t have control over this giving birth thing. At the end of the day you will see them suffering, these innocent kids hawking on the street. At that early stage you are exposing them to danger.

The economy of our country should be able to let them know that raising up a kid in this economy is very expensive; feeding, paying their school fees and medical check-ups are so expensive. This is where family planning comes into existence. It is very innocent that we should be able to control the number of kids we bear without the government passing any others. Looking at hardship in the country, you should not be told you need to give birth to the number of kids you can take care of. It is not about giving boys; it is about giving those kids the best.

Incentives will really help to reduce the population of the country. When dealing with humans, we have to give them reasons why you want them to do a particular thing and the things they will stand to gain. The government should not come up with an incentive; they should come up with an offer that they will not reject, such that any family who sticks to the government policy that their kids will be offered free education and free medical treatment whenever the child is ill. This will help the people to be very careful because they will love to enjoy the juicy offer coming from the government. Second, the government should educate the parents on the importance of childbirth, more especially in this hard economy.

Living in a country where the population mass with the natural resources will make life easy for the people.
