Navigating the Challenge of Finding a Decent Job: Overqualification and Competition in the Job Market

Slowly it is getting really hard to get a decent job because the reason is simple there are over qualified people who are appearing for the job with lower requirements. It is really hard to get a job in the government sector because the competition is very high and there is no guarantee if you are preparing for an exam and the exam will be conducted. There is so much news about the paper leaks and much news about corruption while conducting the paper.

I am not saying it is impossible to get a job Sure there are really so many amazing people are get jobs based on their qualifications and skills of course. I have seen so many people who are really great at their skills and what they do they don't have any qualifications according to that. I do think that you are skills do matter a lot. If you do love computers but your job is not related to that then most of the time you are not going to be satisfied with your job at all.

In my area if you do have good friends then the chance of getting a job or higher yes you do need qualifications for that but still, if you do have a good reference in XX company then the chances of getting a job or very high. Not in companies like Google, and Facebook not sure about their but in small companies. Some companies make a good amount of money, one of my friends got a job after he finished his graduation and now he is earning really a good amount of money yes he did cat there with his elder brothers after that he did now he is totally on his own. But the thing is if he didn't have a good reference at that particular office elder brother then the chances of getting a job were very very low.

My first job was when I was in college it was the last year if I remember it correctly because I did finish my graduation in year 2015 so it's a long time. me And one of my friends were taking tuition for some specific programming language At that time the teacher in our college was not that capable so we decided to take tuition for that. We did learn so many things they are and I am really grateful for that. One day a man visited their institute and he was asking for some guys for his work. There were only a few students there he started taking the typing test of everyone who was present there. Luckily me my friend selected me only based on upper typing speed and accuracy. At that time we were not sure what the job was all about but we did get the idea that we had to do some kind of typing work.

It was around 7 p.m., and our teacher and the man who had been talking for a while and after our sir came to us he asked to go with him. I and my friend was looking at each other and finally, we decided to go where we had to go but we both are together that was enough at that moment for us. The man took us from the institute in his car to his office. When we visited the place we realized that this is a government office. The man who took us from the institute was in a good position there. He is kind of the senior in the office, and when we reached the office he offered us coffee. I was a bit size but my friend was not like that so he replied with a yes.

While having our cup of coffee they explained the work we have to do there. The work was not that tough we just had to fill out the forms online. Most of the data was offline so the government wants all the data to be updated on the new website before the launch date. Not all workers are active and hard-working in government offices mostly. When we entered the room we saw a young man who was typing something on the computer and he was very fast I mean it really fast. My and friend did get a List of names, numbers, and a few more things that we have to enter in the form online.

Both of us did get a computer to us some time to arrange things for us properly. We are getting paid .5 INR per entry. It was less but we were lucky that we did get a job at that time sure it was not permanent but it's okay. We worked for around one and a half hours that day. We finished up around 400 entries that day, so we did 200 INR that day which was a good amount for us. after your words, our work the man who pick does he dropped us near our house.
After finishing college the same person you picked us from the institute and used to drop after a few hours. This was continuous for a few weeks but the next month there were some issues with the website so it was working properly at night not at the time so we had to change our schedule accordingly.

We used to go there after finishing our dinner it was around 9:00 p.m. and used to come back by 6 a.m. It was going well but we were not getting enough sleep because in the morning we had to attend our class and after the late night work it was a hectic job. My friend was faster than me at typing so he did on good and had more money than me but still, I don't know Please send the amount of money as per my speed. So after a few weeks off late-night work, we decided to quit the job. And it was good in my opinion and everything got a good experience from there and everyone did get a chance to work with Government employees. Sovereign it was a good experience but it is really hard to study and work at the same time did you get time to manage both?

If I ever did get a chance to do that job again maybe I would do but I would work in a day not a night because we all do need a good sleep right?
