A Worthy Fiscal Decision

Most times when we reflect on our huge expenses, we tend to count ourselves to be rich even when we know that our account balances are not always like a rich man. Sometimes it looks so bad that we think we are actually tunning in between radio FM channels.

The reasons behind these expenses makes us end up concluding it was a needed expenses worth taking on or it could have just been avoided. We make some decisions which we end up being proud of and according ourselves some kind of respect that even if we couldn't achieve all our goal for the year but as long as we were able to sort that particular thing then it's worth it all.
Whereas we make some other decisions on our expenses and we even feel ashamed to spill it out just like I mentioned one in a recent article I made on taking a risk I thought to be an investment since I wanted and loved to invest with my income but turned out to be a bad decision and made me lose a huge sum of money. Huge expenses to me even if it's a chicken change to another person.

So, considering my expenses for last year, there are times I look at myself and no matter what wrong decisions I've taken in between my journey, I still get proud of myself in the end.

One of the many big expenses I had last year 2025 was finalizing my payment on a landed property with a real estate so that I can possess my property once and for all.
I don't know how and why but based on the information and knowledge I've grown up to know and learn about, I know our incomes are nothing without a proper investment.

You know just saving up in bank or any financial sector service providers to keep our incomes only helps them in improving their own businesses and not improving our own lives so I've always been thirsty of getting the right info of investment so I could diversify my income for a short or long term return.

In as much as I'm an investment Craver, last year of the previous mentioned so-called investment fraud had taught me and cautioned me not to be desperate though so I'm being more careful now.
However landed properties too are not really safe if you are not in the right hands as well with the problems of all these so-called land owners people (omo-onile) who would keep selling one piece of land to 20 different people, causing chaotic situations on a single property. The more reason why I chose to buy from a real estate firm to avoid unnecessary issues with unnecessary people.

In summary, I knew I spent a lot especially in the first half of the year 2025 of which I'm proud of most of my expenses especially the land and getting another opportunity to spend on the same project, I'll gladly take it up to spend my money on over and over again.
