Hello my dear Hive friends! π Hope you're having a wonderful day! π»
We were craving for a hot pandesal that cold, early morning. Itβs 3 AM and good thing that this bakery was already open that time. There were few people at the street, but there were stores nearby that were open 24 hours.
Here in the Philippines, bakeries open so early in the morning. Pandesal serves as common breakfast for Filipino people, usually consumed together with a hot coffee. This bakery sells Malunggay Pandesal with Cheese (Filipino Bread Roll with Moringa leaves and Cheese). My cousin was waiting outside for our orders.
It seemed that we were their first customer that time since the pandesal we bought was brought out straight from the oven. Nothing beats the taste of freshly baked hot pandesal! β¨
