Abandon bicycle in town

Managing waste in Singapore is not cheap , you need to pay for dispose large stuff and usually people who dont want to pay will just put their stuff away . This bicycles is look good but i dont think it still being used because it not being put at proper parking that just near by and not being chain. I have see it not being moved for few week and suspecting the owner has abandone it.
