Risk taking is an intrinsic part of humans that influences our decision making, personal growth and survival too. Not all risks are worth taking because while some can be significant, leading to tangible opportunities and rewards, others may impose a threat to our lives leading to negative consequences. It is necessary that before engaging in any form of risk, one should understand the risks involved to avoid some form of casualties.

For just this year 2025, I have bought items from three vendors online that actually delivered what I ordered versus what I got to me. I was so much in pain and vowed never to purchase anything from an online vendor again because I don't understand why people use their own hand to destroy their brand's name Forgotten a good name is better than riches. I stood my ground and for about two months I never took any online vendor seriously until one day I was scrolling on the streets of tiktok where this lady selling out fits appeared on my fyp. I scrolled past the first time it then appeared again on my fyp. This time I decided to go look at her profile, check comments to confirm how real she is.

Even after going through her posts, I still had doubts because she's not different from others so I let go. Now I have a not so close friend that we just communicate once in a blue moon. During one of our discussions she mentioned how she has interest in starting a clothing business online and she's looking for a trusted vendor. Because I knew I had been scammed before I told her I don't know any for now but on second thought I asked her to try out the lady on tiktok.

On my path, it was a big risk referring someone to another person I no not from Adam so I was scared because if anything goes wrong I would be held responsible for it. Luckily the tiktok vendor was a legit one and gave the exact orders. So for this year, this is one of the risks I have taken.

I also did my cleaning, and it was fun cleaning my environment as a clean environment equals a healthy environment and mental stability. 😊
